I am a mum of 3 beautiful children.  I was born and raised in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales.  This is where I met my husband and raising our 3 children. 

For me, the love of baking started at a young age and I enjoy making a wide range of items for my customers (& their families) to enjoy.  Over the years I've completed multiple cooking courses expanding my existing skills to continue adding quality products on offer.

As my sons have grown bigger they have become my biggest supporters and official taste testers (i'm sure their sister wont be far behind).
